Tarsheed Energy signs agreement to install solar PV systems on rooftops of government schools
In a step considered to be the first of its kind, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Education and the Sustainable Energy Authority and Bahraini company Tarsheed Energy to install solar PV systems on rooftops of five government schools as part of the government's vision towards the use of renewable energy on government buildings by installing solar PV systems. The solar energy purchase agreement is considered to be one of the global models to use renewable energy
